There’s so much buzz about CoolSculpting®, but I bet you haven’t heard as much about truSculpt® 3D, a non-invasive fat reduction treatment I am excited to offer here at A-to-Zen Cosmetic Surgery & Aesthetics. I provide non-invasive fat reduction and skin tightening with truSculpt 3D to help meet the widest range of non-surgical body contouring needs possible.
With the holiday season fast approaching, we know that body contouring is a subject on a lot of your minds. We all want to look and feel our best when surrounded by friends and family, and that can be hard to do when you’re so busy you can hardly find time to brush your teeth. But that’s why we’re writing — to remind you that now is a great time to pencil in that body contouring treatment you’ve been dreaming of!
TruSculpt 3D uses a glide technique with a hand-held paddle to deliver radiofrequency energy to reduce unwanted fat and tighten skin on the abdomen and flanks. The radiofrequency energy safely administers heat to your problem spots, but it feels essentially like a hot stone massage, so it’s a well-tolerated treatment.
Each target area we treat takes about 15 minutes. For your best results and depending on the size of the area you are treating, we may perform a 60-minute session, which reduces about 24% of targeted fat cells, on average. Because it’s non-invasive, there’s no downtime, so you can return to your regular day no worse for the wear.
One last note: we couldn’t write a blog about fat reduction without mentioning that as a board-certified cosmetic surgeon, I also perform expert surgical treatments for reducing fat, including liposuction, tummy tuck, and other body contouring surgeries. During your consultation, we’ll examine your contours and determine if truSculpt 3D is the right approach for you. We’ll explore the pros and cons of each body contouring solution to figure out the right fit for your unique needs.
